Availability and Services

Individual therapy is offered via face to face sessions in Coorparoo, Brisbane/Meanjin or via Telehealth. You do not need a referral from a GP or Psychiatrist to engage, however you are welcome to bring one.

Starting therapy can be overwhelming, so I offer a short check in call prior to your first appointment for you to share what you’re looking for from therapy, ask questions, and see if working together feels right for you.
