Fee: A standard 50-minute session is $230.
Medicare Rebate Information
Medicare
If you have been referred by your GP under a Mental Health Care Plan, you are eligible for a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate for a general psychologist is $98.95 per session, leaving an out of pocket fee of $131.05.
Private Health Information
Private Health
If you have private health insurance and are eligible for rebates on psychology sessions, please contact your insurer for your eligibility and rebate information. Please note, the rebate amount differs depending on your level of cover.
Third Party Funding
Third Party Funding
Funding may be available for approved work-related psychological injuries through WorkCover.
Please note that Hireath Psychology does not provide services under the NDIS or DVA.
Cancellation Policy
It is kindly asked that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in cases of non-attendance, will be charged at the full session rate.
If you are unable to attend in person for a particular session, appointments can be switched to Telehealth to accommodate this.
